Frankel Loughran Starr & Vallone LLP-WA provides tax and accounting services to high net worth families, their trusts, entities and Private Foundations. The managing partner, Darcy Loughran, was an original founding partner of Frankel Loughran Starr & Vallone LLP in NY. The original firm was incepted in 1995 when Darcy and her colleague at Morgan Stanley formed the business to continue providing tax compliance and planning services to the Managing Directors of the firm. They were joined by two professionals from EY’s business group and created a full service tax and accounting firm. FLSV-WA is located in the Seattle area. We are an independent firm, and continue to work closely with our colleagues in the high net worth group at FLSV-NY.
