Frankel Loughran Starr & Vallone LLP-WA provides tax and accounting services to high net worth families, their trusts, entities and Private Foundations. The managing partner, Darcy Loughran, was an original founding partner of Frankel Loughran Starr & Vallone LLP in NY, which was formed with her colleague at Morgan Stanley and two professionals from a large accounting firm to create a full service tax and accounting firm. Darcy subsequently relocated to the Seattle area and founded FLSV-WA, an independent tax and accounting services firm located on Mercer Island, just outside of Seattle. FLSV-WA is an independent firm servicing clients in multiple states, from west to east.
